Driven by a childhood fascination with color, Gigi’s initial aspirations were of being a makeup artist, having received training at Joe Blasco in LA. It wasn’t long before Gigi’s creative passion spilled over into the world of hairstyling. Having studied cosmetology in Charlotte, North Carolina, Gigi returned home to The Bahamas where she would quickly establish herself as one of the leading hairstylists and makeup artists in the country.

Over the next twenty years, Gigi’s creative brilliance could be seen on billboards, international magazines, music videos, movie sets, and New York Fashion Weeks. She has worked alongside world-famous celebrities, directors, and photographers and has provided expert commentary for various hair and makeup magazines.

Having become a certified Davines educator Gigi now enjoys giving back to an industry that has allowed her to flourish creatively by taking on students and conveying all of her knowledge and experience to the next generation of stylists.
